We were born to support Grupo Empresarial Antioqueño in the search, assessment and selection of talent for companies such as Suramericana, ARL Sura, Bancolombia and subsidiaries, Almacenes Éxito, Grupo Argos and Grupo Nutresa.
2002
We evolved into Jugada Maestra Medellín, consolidating our focus on precision headhunting.
2008
We opened operations in Bogotá with allies in Cali, Bucaramanga and Barranquilla. Consultores Jugada Maestra Colombia was born.
2010
We opened our Panama office, strengthening our regional coverage.
2012
