Northwest Regional Manager – Business Supplies and Solutions Sector

Purpose of the role

We are looking for a strategic leader for one of the benchmark companies in the business supplies and solutions sector. The core challenge is to take charge of the Northwest Region, managing a team of more than 120 people, accelerating business growth in Antioquia and Córdoba through channel development — especially the institutional channel — and bringing the operation a leadership style grounded in rigorous analytical follow-up and transparency.

• Achievement of the regional budget.
• Management of 8 direct reports and 120 indirect reports.
• Strengthening of the institutional channel.
• New client acquisition and retention of critical markets.

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading commercial or regional management roles.
• Deep knowledge of the Antioquia and Caribbean coast markets.
• Experience in industrial or commercialization sectors.
• Analytical capability and strong attention to detail.
• Inspiring leadership with strong follow-through.
